It pains me to admit this, but we seem to have been dealing with someone with substantial ambition and an utter lack of respect for consent, chemical safety, or humanity when you promoted Rena Vos.

As you may recall, WHITE PLAINS is a structure that Centris Pharmaceuticals was investigating for a class of EPE. The structure happens to work upon a number of different receptor systems in the human brain, WHITE PLAINS was abandoned when Albany was found to directly affect the dysphoria that you were targeting in the first place. WHITE PLAINS was substantially less useful as it was found that it made test subjects suggestible.

While we do not have any direct evidence of her involvement, the fact that the process safety video surveillance system was shut down at precise times over the course of her employment and the discovery of a feed system distributing WHITE PLAINS to the drinking water supply in the facility leads me to conclude that she is in some way responsible.

Witness statements seem to corroborate her presence in the area this system was installed on a day. We lack video evidence as the process safety surveillance system was suffering from computer issues at the time.

In addition, but without an explanation, every single batch of medication produced at this facility has been contaminated with EPE-A. We have not yet determined why this was done.

Blackouts after this date were substantially shorter, lasting at most half an hour and being more confined to the location of the installed feed system.

As to her whereabouts, we can’t find a trace. She hid her work well. You would have probably never found out about this if it hadn’t been for her disappearance after the natural disaster.

As we are under your employment, we are not obligated to report that this was a deliberate act of sabotage. The offending apparatus has been dismantled and the plumbing reassembled as per the original specifications.

My personal recommendation is that you all figure out how you’re going to get your workers under NDAs. We should also have an in person meeting over the next few days to figure out the more delicate details of how to handle this.
