Report on the Effectiveness of Reagent Albany Monitors
NOT FOR PUBLIC RELEASE
October 1st, 2026
Since the initial contamination event of February 25th 2025, detectors were developed to ensure that Reagent Albany was not present in the finished products or in the runoff from the plant.
These appeared to have worked fairly well when operated in the conditions of the factory, however once they were taken outside the manufacturing facility, they do not trigger, even with samples of pure reagent Albany.
Rena Vos was the primary developer of this technology, as such we must assume that she was falsifying her results in some fashion. We cannot ascertain a reason for her to have made this choice.
In the meantime we have managed to improvise some indicator tests that will be sufficient for in-situ sample testing for especially highly contaminated areas, otherwise it will be up to using more intensive options like mass spectrometers.
We are continuing to investigate Rena’s disappearance as well her conduct and actions.
