A Response to The Problematic Chemistry of Reagent Albany

I understand your concern. We are already a highly regulated industry and we meet or exceed all of our legal requirements for process safety and very thoroughly exceed chemical disposal standards. We have no desire to repeat the catastrophes of PCPs and PFAS.

Since the instatement of Rena Vos as factory forewoman following the contamination incident on February 25th, reports of safety incidents involving reagent Albany have diminished substantially.

I understand that she actually keeps it under higher security than the foreman of our dextroamphetamine factory does for the reagents there.

After the contamination we have installed monitors that detect the presence of excess reagent Albany in the products. These monitors were devised and tested by Rena and her process safety team.

I believe that we have this potential problem well handled.

    @Violet

    “Where did you get boobs that big?

    “Uhh… Upstate New York”

    “Well I’m from Utica and I’ve never seen anyone with boobs as big as those”

    “It’s an Albany expression”

    “I see…”
